The 2009 OJT season is gearing up!! Women Unlimited has contracted with the Federal Highway Administration (via the Maine Department of Transportation) to provide OJT monitoring services statewide. Your subject-matter expert here at Women Unlimited is the OJT Coordinator, Jen Lerette. Training and upgrading of minorities, women, and disadvantaged persons toward journey person status is the primary objective of the On-The-Job Training program. Maine has the best contractors, workers, and Department of Transportation in the nation. Our job at Women Unlimited is to bring these three forces together to build a diversified, well-trained road-and-bridge construction industry that continutes to be the envy of the other forty-nine states.
