Women Unlimited has contracted with the Federal Highway Administration (via the Maine Department of Transportation) to provide OJT monitoring services statewide. Training and upgrading of minorities, women and disadvantaged persons toward journey person status is the primary objective of the On-The-Job Training program, along with aiding contractors in building a diversified, qualified, well-trained, and reliable workforce.
